Alina Liu (12) moved to Montreal, Canada, before moving to Memphis, Tenn. She lived in Canada for four years before moving to Memphis because of her father’s new job at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

White Station High School’s Muslim Student Association traveled to the Tennessee state capitol to participate in a Day on the Hill. Some members were able to sit in on a mock house session and debate a bill, getting a chance to share their own opinions.

Jill Allert is a senior at White Station and is excited for their third year on staff! As a News and Features team co-leader this year, Jill is looking forward to leading new staff members. Jill is also president of the White Station Thespian Society, part of the Nuber Nitros swim team and a member of the National Honor Society. In their free time, Jill enjoys listening to music, reading and drawing.
