Procrastinating homework is delaying or postponing completing the assignment. Despite the amount of homework that ends up accumulating due to procrastination, students may end up procrastinating because of stress or lack of energy due to excessive commitments outside of school.

Extra credit is an opportunity for struggling students to achieve their desired grade on an assignment. In today’s hectic world, there are many reasons why students might not get the best grades, making extra credit an effective way to lessen a student’s stress about school.

JUUL e-cigarettes have high levels of nicotine with one pod containing as much nicotine as 20 cigarettes. EVALI is a serious, sometimes fatal, lung disease caused by vaping, and thousands of cases have been reported.

Depicted are just a few kinds of the vapes that skyrocketed teenage nicotine addiction. Vapes and e-cigarettes come in many different shapes and sizes, but most commonly, they look similar to flash drives, which allows them to go unnoticed by those unaware of what vapes are.

Jillian Maxwell is a sophomore and first year on The Scroll team. She enjoys cheering for White Station, and attending her church youth group. While she is not doing that, you can catch her hanging with friends and family. Although she does not know what she wants to become when she is older, writing is a must in her future.

Standing in a line of solidarity and defiance, the six characters of Q&A’s “F in Detention” mimic the final monologue in “The Breakfast Club”, in which youth call out their superiors for stereotyping them. “F in Detention” sought to solve conflict between intersectionally queer characters and start conversations about LGBTQ+ experiences in school, all while entertaining local audiences.
