New cookie business around town
Alan Mason (11) plays “Dress to Impress” in which players are pinned against each other in a timed event; they must think of an outfit and execute their plan. Players are then put in a fashion show during which those competing against each other vote for the top three fashionistas. This game has gained a huge audience as of Oct. 2024, having 3.6 billion visits to the game and around 181,000 players playing at any given time.

Matthew Wheeley’s (12) collection of VHS tapes and physical movie copies feature the special edition “Star Wars” films. Each tape captured a moment in cinematic history, highlighting the charm of physical media that many adhere to in an age of digital streaming.

Renata Bayazitova, Social Media Lead

Renata Bayazitova is a senior at White Station High continuing to lead social media for the The Scroll. Besides being a contributing writer, she enjoys running and working out at the gym, hanging out with friends, thrifting, drinking coffee, and working on her sustainable fashion brand - RenCycled Shop. Although she is also the president of the WSHS Girl Up Club, Fashion Club, Triathalon Club, and part of the debate and cross country team, she makes sure she has time to make The Scroll as best as it can be. Taking on her 3rd year on staff, she is excited to interview the amazing students of White Station and write cool articles.
