On April 2nd, students taking Advanced Placement (AP) from across all of Shelby County met to prepare for the AP exams, which take place during the first two weeks of May. It was not the first AP Review Day, but with exams quickly approaching it will be the last. Students signed up before that Saturday, and were able to attend two sessions of review, one in the morning, the other the afternoon. The teachers of these sessions are from across the county, one of whom being Adrien Alsobrook, who teaches AP Language here at White Station.

“I always try to get material for them and practices that they aren’t getting in their classrooms. I think that was new to most of the students. They seemed to be really appreciative to learn some things that they haven’t gone over in their classroom yet. I was glad to be able to give them something they could use,” Alsobrook said.
