Emily Greenberg’s book, ‘Alternative Facts,’ is a collection of satirical short stories focusing on prominent figures in the current American political climate. ‘Alternative Facts,’ published in 2025, is Greenberg’s first book, and its stories have won multiple awards.

The Svalbard Global Seed Vault is a secure facility that houses over one million seeds in order to preserve agricultural crops in the event of a global crisis. The site was chosen for its permafrost, which would help preserve the seeds if the cooling systems within the vault were to fail.
