The Netflix documentary “Bad Influence: The Dark Side of Kidfluencing” uncovers some of the unknown, horrific experiences former child content creators had as a result of their manipulative manager. Experiences like these are only becoming more common and frequent as a result of the growing nature of “kidfluencing” and child exploitation in media.

Evan Easley has played viola for six years and is also learning piano. He’s taken lessons from the same teacher, Aaron Tubergin, all six.

Disney released “Snow White” this March, a reimagining of their 1937 classic “Snow White and the Seven Dwarves,” which was the first feature-length animated film ever made. The film has received a negative reception from fans and critics alike.

Playboi Carti’s “MUSIC” is his longest and most packed project yet, with 30 tracks and big-name features like Travis Scott and The Weeknd. After years of teasing and leaks, the album finally dropped, chaotic, loud and just like Carti.

From athletes to educators
The announcement phone in the main office is what’s used to make school-wide announcements. These announcements often contain important information about testing, grades and more and were recently suspended to limit the number of interruptions for AP testers.

Extra credit is an opportunity for struggling students to achieve their desired grade on an assignment. In today’s hectic world, there are many reasons why students might not get the best grades, making extra credit an effective way to lessen a student’s stress about school.

JUUL e-cigarettes have high levels of nicotine with one pod containing as much nicotine as 20 cigarettes. EVALI is a serious, sometimes fatal, lung disease caused by vaping, and thousands of cases have been reported.
Administration combats the vaping crisis
Depicted are just a few kinds of the vapes that skyrocketed teenage nicotine addiction. Vapes and e-cigarettes come in many different shapes and sizes, but most commonly, they look similar to flash drives, which allows them to go unnoticed by those unaware of what vapes are.

Alina Liu (12) moved to Montreal, Canada, before moving to Memphis, Tenn. She lived in Canada for four years before moving to Memphis because of her father’s new job at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
It’s time to get moving — welcome to Memphis
White Station High School’s Muslim Student Association traveled to the Tennessee state capitol to participate in a Day on the Hill. Some members were able to sit in on a mock house session and debate a bill, getting a chance to share their own opinions.
